We do not collect any personal data without prior permission. The only data we use as part of the service is the post code if entered.
We may collect basic personal information (name, email address, shopping preferences etc.) from you as part of our registration process to enable us to send a newsletter (optional) and other relevant information to you with regard to your preferences. In addition we may collect extra information on your shopping preferences when you complete our on-line questionnaires.
We would never divulge personal information of any kind to third parties unless required by law.

Use of Information

Win a Refund failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any condition shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as forming a partnership or joint venture either with individuals enrolled in the Scheme, or participation third party companies. No third party company will have the right or ability to create any obligation on Win a Refund behalf. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Operators in regards to the Services.
